Building Value is a nonprofit social enterprise founded in 2004 by Easter Seals TriState. We salvage reusable building materials destined for the landfill and resell them to the public. Our efforts help the environment, reduce the cost of disposal, and give architectural gems a second life. We also offer on-the-job training through our workforce development program. Training positions at Building Value act as a bridge to move people with workforce disadvantages into construction and retail careers. Associates gain resume-building experience in a unique work culture that provides the support they need to succeed long-term.
