The Polish Wine Trade Association was founded in 2014 by wine industry leaders. It currently has 40+ members globally responsive for over 80% of the specialist retail and on-trade wine sales. We campaign for deregulation and removing obstacles for wine producers, importers and distributors, such as paper excise strips (banderoles), complex licensing regulations, and an overdue reform of the 1982 Alcohol Act. We provide our members with professional legal advice. We consult for external business on roads to the Polish wine market, one of the most prospective in the world with continued 10+% growth each year since 1991.
