Medication injury is the most common form of harm caused by the medical system. In fact, there are greater than 400,000 deaths in the United States every year that are caused by medications. These are preventable. PAA's objective is to mitigate these problems by providing education and resources to patients, so that they are empowered to protect themselves by learning the right questions to ask the doctor, and by always carrying a Medication-Card that lists current medications, natural supplements, and serious allergic reactions.
