Hello and welcome to our page! We are the San Francisco Area Health Education Center (AHEC) Scholars program! The San Francisco AHEC program enables high-potential students with an interest in social justice to explore primary care provision and the community healthcare model through an interdisciplinary lens. The goal of our program is to provide students enrolled in approved health professions with a supplemental curriculum focusing on community health to encourage them to pursue careers at community health centers.
