Horizon Appraisal Services is an HVCC compliant full service Appraisal Management Company (AMC) performing valuation services for residential Real Estate Property serving primarily the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, DC, VA, DE, NJ and PA). However, we are not restricted to just the Mid-Atlantic as we also expanding and providing partial coverage in other states like MI, GA, FL, CA and even Hawaii. We would also like to advocate, if you happen to be located in Maryland we can provide you with service from a local AMC that understands your needs with local appraisers that have the best knowledge and experience. It does not stop there though. We provide the same level of quality of service in the other states we serve as all our certified appraisers have been screened for professionalism, communication skills and being able to deliver quality reports in a timely manner. In addition, we also provide services for Attorneys, CPAs and Real Estate Investors. We also welcome the U.S. Army as they relocate into the area in accordance with BRAC.
