Visiting Nurse Health System is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping seniors successfully manage their health, and recover from illness in the safety and comfort of their own home. For over 73 years, our nurses, therapists and other clinical staff members continue to provide quality, patient-centered, one-on-one care, helping them maintain their independence and, whenever possible remain in their own home. When patients, of any age, are terminally ill, we understand they, and their families, need a special kind of care through our Hospice Atlanta services provided in the comfort of the place they call home. We strive to ensure that every patient is cared for compassionately, comfortably and with dignity, and that every family receives the support they need during this difficult time. As the the largest nonprofit home healthcare and hospice provider in Georgia, we serve more than 6,000 patients and their families daily in 31 counties in Georgia.
