We also have a working partnership in South Africa with Polaris Technical Services. Driven by the vision of creating a world where organizations can effectively and efficiently utilize M&E information for achieving maximum impact, Lida Africa is committed to building organizational capacity to monitor and evaluate for sustainable development. We work in partnership with decision-makers in private and public organizations to research, design, implement, and evaluate impactful interventions and policies. We have a strong command in designing and operationalizing impact-oriented M&E systems, conducting program needs assessment, baseline, midline and endline evaluations, developing automated decision support systems, dashboards, and staff capacity development. We work in all areas of social and economic policy and governance, including health, finance, nutrition, WASH, education, climate change, and public sector management. Our combination of cutting-edge research and understanding of monitoring and evaluation processes has enabled us to collaborate with many local and international organizations. Among others, we have worked with Omoana Switzerland, KOICA, Handle Uganda, Amani Initiatives, International Solidarity Foundation (ISF-Finland), Uganda Media Women’s Association, Wazesha Impact, Uganda Joint Christian Council, Nurturing Exceptional Teachers, UN-HABITAT, Office of the Prime Minister, The Water Trust, Brass for Africa, Educate! among others in in designing their M&E systems, conducting program needs assessment, surveys, designing decision support systems and training their staff in M&E principles, paradigms and practices.
