Brower Baseball is know for creating baseball arm development programs that help pitchers reach their potential. We strengthen the arm with researched and targeted arm-band exercises. We lengthen arm muscles through a modified long-toss throwing program. Then we teach players how to absolutely crush it through mental strength and sound mechanics. Brower Baseball was founded by Jim Brower. Jim is a veteran of 17 pro seasons, that included 8 Major League teams and International stops in Japan, Venezuela and Italy. Coached 5 years for the 2015 World Series Champion Kansas City Royals, now the Pitching Coordinator for the 2016 World Series Champion Chicago Cubs.
