Prior to establishing Your Excellency, Malcolm had over 20 years in international business, the majority of which was in the high-tech sector. He held a variety of senior positions within Finance and Operations in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. He has a reputation for developing empowered organisations allowing a culture of continuous improvement through shared leadership, coaching and mentoring. Lindsay Taylor is a former PA working in organisations across the globe, Lindsay has a particular passion for sharing her NLP knowledge with PAs, EAs, Secretaries and Administrators as she believes the tools and techniques can be a huge benefit to improving and maintaining a good working relationship – with yourself, your boss and the team you support. Lindsay successfully works with a number of public and private sector clients and thrives on being busy. Her energetic and fun approach to her workshop deliveries coupled with her professionalism ensure the learning is memorable and instantly useable to clients.
