Central & Eastern Europe has a long tradition of thermal spas – offering excellent treatments at an affordable price – but the region does not yet cater to the needs of the Millennial generation. These young, educated and mobile consumers value well-being and work-life balance, but expect modern booking, comparison and review tools to select a spa in the same way they would be booking a flight or a hotel. Spalneo's vision is to combine the traditional world of spas with the tools of the 21st century. The booking tool will enable guests to choose a thermal resort or a city spa based on the availability of treatments corresponding to their medical condition. The spa itself is becoming the destination, with the location of the hotel becoming secondary. Spalneo will provide inspiration for a wellness escape, long or short, in the city or in a resort.
