EYE-TECH is a developer of silicon-based solutions for digital imaging inspired by the human eye. It was founded in 2012 with the objective to exploit an innovative approach to High Dynamic Range (HDR) image acquisition developed by the founders. The uniqueness of EYE-TECH IP is the possibility to tune/configure its response on the basis of the light characteristics of the scene in the same way our eyes do. The experience gathered on the field has made evident that such tunability feature is very important in many application domains recently approached with Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning and where the environmental conditions cannot be kept under control (from biomedical-endoscopy to video surveillance and automotive).
