We are proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Synergy Stones, Cupping and Medi-Cupping. Our specialty's are mixing massage and movement with a structural approach to improve alignment and your ability to move more functionally and comfortably. The beginning of our bodywork is gentle, passive joint movement and rocking to open up joints and torso, improving circulation and range of motion and giving the feeling of spaciousness from head to toe, followed by a massage at the pressure you specify. We also often work some foot or hand reflexes (Reflexology) to detoxify and restore internal balance to specific areas.
