Mildmay is a charity that delivers quality care and treatment, prevention work, rehabilitation, training, education and health-strengthening in the UK and East Africa. Mildmay Mission Hospital is an internationally-renowned, specialist HIV hospital providing structured pathways of rehabilitation, treatment, services and care for people with complex and severe HIV-related health conditions, including HIV-associated brain impairment (also known as HIV-Associated Neurocognitive Disorder, or HAND). We maintain a pool of expertise and knowledge that is unsurpassed in Europe. Mildmay has been at the forefront of HIV & AIDS care, treatment and rehabilitation since 1988, continually adapting and responding to meet new, often complex, and rapidly changing needs. In 2020, we added the step-down Homeless Medical Care Pathway and the step-down Covid-Care Pathway to our portfolio.
