DevelopEd establishes a network of education centres in developing countries, in order to empower individuals and encourage community development. We attach a for-profit enterprise to each centre so that the operation is self funded. We then train locals to run the whole thing, and hand it over (obviously with support). We believe this process will foster community development from within the communities themselves.
