My passion for Sport and Performance Psychology stems from my career in elite competitive gymnastics, collegiate diving, and teaching yoga and meditation. I personally found the field of Sport and Performance Psychology as a gymnast when I first experienced that my physical performance and "mental game" were intimately related. Based in current scientific literature and understanding of how the mind works, I work with high performing athletes and professionals to equip them with the tools and techniques needed to overcome mental barriers and rise up to experiencing performance excellence in their sport or at work.
