Debbie Gardiner MBE is the Founder and Director of DSG L&M Consultancy Services. Debbie established DSG L&M Consultancy Services in July 2018 to provide a range of leadership, management and consultancy services across all sectors, with some focus on Apprenticeship Reform, FE and Skills, Health Care and people centric charities. Our offer includes a range of services for new Apprenticeship Training Providers, Providers that have moved from being a subcontractor to a lead, Employer Providers, Levy paying employers new to Apprenticeships and those requiring independent information, advice and guidance, other service providers with the FE & Skills sector, Health Care organisations and Charities. With more than 17 years of leadership & management experience in FE; appointed Managing Director in 2006, promoted to CEO in 2010 and Executive Chairman in 2017. She's keen to share her knowledge, skills & experience to improve business performance, have a wider impact on social mobility and see people maximise their potential. Whilst Debbie’s focus is Apprenticeships, she has a passion for people and business development and much experience of T&D.
