Harpur’s Ferry is a collegiate EMS agency based out of the Binghamton University Campus, serving both the campus and surrounding area at the Advanced Life Support Level. Harpur’s Ferry vehicles are completely staffed by student and local volunteers. Harpur’s Ferry is unique from many other agencies in that it is completely managed by student members at the administrative and operational level.
