Our approx. 35-person team operates in a business casual environment and have the option to work in our brand new office space, custom-built for our Firm, or work from home. RESOURCES & TRAINING Our association with RSM US Alliance allows us the best of both worlds - the independence of a local firm, with our own client relationships and self-governance, while having access to the support and resources of the fifth largest accounting, tax, and consulting firm in the United States, RSM US LLP. Through RSM US Alliance our team members receive national-level, offsite training to enhance their professional growth and confer with others at their same experience level. This training is supplemented locally with specific skill building sessions relevant to our specialty niches. The best training will occur on the job, whether it be in field or the office. New team members experience one-on-one support from experienced team members as they develop their skills working on client projects. CAREER DEVELOPMENT Our mentor program pairs new and existing team members with a TKW colleague in the same discipline to help with questions and situations that arise on the job. Mentors assist mentees with setting goals tailored to their career path and priorities. Later, mentors circle back to determine progress and success on the team member’s goals. This allows for consistency of approach, clear direction, and opportunities for feedback and growth for all team members.
