Our corporate culture If you are a Partner applicant, you don't need to have existing clients, coz we have enough clients already. What we care is how much passion you have about what we are doing. If you are a Consultant applicant, we don't care whether you have a well developed candidate database or not. What we need is only "you". Large databases are not reliable in your industry,hardworking attitude and effecitve search methodoloties are.
