Mithoff Burton Partners (MBP) is known as El Paso’s pioneer ad agency. Founded in 1931, it is one of the oldest agencies in Texas and the oldest independent agency member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies. Following World War II, his son Richard W. Mithoff joined with his father and they, along with long-time agency president Roy Chapman, built one of the largest and most respected agencies in the Southwest.
