We test homes in the south-central PA and northern MD areas for Building Code Compliance (Energy Conservation Section). We also assist homeowners and small businesses with building performance testing & auditing services including blower door (air leakage), duct blaster (duct leakage) infrared imaging (conduction and convective loss), appliance & HVAC testing, and combustion safety testing for a safer and healthier indoor experience. We pride ourselves as an INDEPENDENT audit company where report recommendations are of no benefit to us - we provide no additional services other than to connect home and business owners with local energy improvement companies who have proven helpful to other clients.
