The goal for Kjaer & Richter is to create architecture which is defined by high values and continuing appreciation. Each project is solved in the field between a number of conditions; from program to function and location of a specific building. Design and organization of a building is based on an analysis of the specific site potential. Current and future building requirements are likewise important aspects of the final design. Architecture is created which is characterized by the present moment; yet part of an ongoing development. Spatial continuity is a main factor for the architectural design and the experience of each building.
