Urban Wellness SF, LLC is a boutique health and wellness coaching practice that makes healthy living easy for busy young professionals. I offer corporate workshops and presentations as well as private coaching. Coaching can be done in-person in San Francisco or remotely nationwide. Many of us in today’s corporate world are overfed and undernourished. We often feel overworked, overstressed, overweight, or just plain “over it,” which makes it easy to forget that our bodies are actually designed to feel great and life is meant to be fun.
