Commonwealth was born out of the vision of Keith Kitchen, the president of a successful residential and commercial turf care and landscaping company in Richmond, Virginia. After Keith’s residential turf company, Luxury Lawns was contracted to maintain turf for several high profile sports complexes in the Richmond area, Keith birthed a vision to approach playing surfaces with creative and innovative services that support the basics of turf science and produce pristine fields in virtually any sports turf environment.
