ENABLING ENVIRONMENT: We assist our client’s to Create an Enabling Environment for power market development and end-user power Strategies. As power markets develop over time, they require enabling policy, legislation and regulation as well as technical and financial frameworks in order to ensure viability, enable competition and support sustainable growth. TRANSACTION & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT: We provide Transaction and Project Development Assistance to new generation and transmission projects from concept through to financial close, with a clear focus on driving commercial bankability. This includes PIM development, PPA negotiation & structuring, financial modelling, project management and other critical project functions. SMART DECISION MAKING TOOLS: Our work is facilitated by the development of agile and Smart Decision Making Tools – decisions made in the development of power markets have significant economic, financial and long term impacts. APV believes that these are best supported with tools that allow for informed, logical and calculated decision making processes.
