We started back in 1994 with the publication of the 1st ever Reference book to sort out who did what in this industry. “The Playground Site Amenities and Surfacing Industry Reference Directory” was born. Our 1st foray online in 1994-95 was a simple effort to allow libraries access to our book as a reference tool to people researching playgrounds etc. Many books were passed along to libraries, but it became clear even in 1995 that consumers were interested in access to all the information inside the book without the hassle of purchasing a copy. The online reference version came about as a promise to our clients of the 1995 Hard copy Book. It was the 1st Playground, Parks and Recreation related web site online. At the time 99% of our clients had no idea what the internet was, but once their phones started ringing they all became much more interested in how the web could assist in their marketing efforts. ......Our publishing house has and continues to bring about dramatic changes to our industry. Through 20 years of ongoing work we have firmly established ourselves as THE Resource for Both industry professionals and the general public.
