Crimson-Catskills is a new business based in the popular and charming upstate NY village of Phoenicia. Conceived and directed by Rosie McCobb, a creative project director and all-around hustler who's done everything in her work life from running popular and relaxing AirBNB properties and styling, directing and shooting photo campaigns and movies, to working the cash register at McDonald's and offering d'oeuvres in white gloves as a cater waiter to patrons of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Rosie is launching Crimson-Catskills in January of 2021. Crimson-Catskills doesn't just have a hyphen, it has two paths: one "practical," offering residential property management, maintenance, concierge services, styling, and marketing, and one "visionary," a future nature and art lovers relaxation and healing destination in the woods of the Catskills that will feature unique rental accommodations, workshops to energize the body, soul and brain, classes led by sports and fitness enthusiasts - as well as artists and thinkers - and fun performances lead by musicians and working artists.
