The Mandala Project delivers youth leadership & personal development immersions, personal development training for schools, trainees and local businesses and Family Programs. Our mission is to motivate and inspire young adults to achieve personal and professional success. Our programs aim to empower & connect our participants through an authentic hands-on experience. We offer significant industry experience in developing and leading experiential education programs, journey-based outdoor expeditions, facilitating personal youth leadership programs and building teams. We are experienced outdoor educators who care deeply about developing others, are driven by a belief in human potential and value integrity above all else.
