Health Connections Direct Primary Care provides longer office visits and great access to a physician you know and trust. I do wellness visits/physicals, sick visits and manage chronic health problems like diabetes and hypertension. There are no additional office visit copays. Patients also have access to discounted labs and discounted medications. Texting, email and telemedicine visits are also included.
