Mercedes pay, which is part of the mobility and digitalisation strategy of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, is operated by Mercedes pay GmbH, a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Mobility. Mercedes pay is the central platform and the competence centre for processing payment transactions at Mercedes-Benz. Mercedes pay was launched in its first markets in September 2018. It is now active in more than 40 countries on five continents, where it processes transactions for Mercedes-Benz e-commerce products and services worldwide. Depending on the market, that might include transactions via the Mercedes me connect store, the Mercedes me app, in-car payments or online vehicle sales.
