GEM Construct is a privately owned, independent building services, design and build contractor. Formed in 2006, and born out of over 25 years industry experience, its direction is taken from managing director George Georgiou and operation director Andy May. This direction, the passion of delivery and the engineering knowledge that goes into it, is something the whole team prides itself on.
