Established in 2003, the ‘It’s My Shout’ training scheme is now in its eighth successful year of contributing to the growth and development of the creative industries in Wales.Originally set up in Bridgend (South Wales), the IMS project began by supporting young people who would not normally be able to access such creative opportunities, giving them a chance to develop practical skills by working alongside industry professionals. The IMS scheme encourages and inspires young people to find a voice within their local communities and beyond.
