RWCA (Real Women Collective Action) is a woman-focused nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to strengthen and develop leaders through education, philanthropy, and global awareness. RWCA’s vision is a global center where leaders across the world connect to create opportunities for people. Our Mission is to strengthen resources for women worldwide by creating and collaborating locally, hosting international conferences to build and strengthen our workforce, and generating funding resources for entrepreneurs. Our purpose is to be a trusted global brand where women come to train, educate, explore leadership.
