The 5k for Super Heroes. Run as your favorite hero and bring the family. The Hero dash was founded in 2013 to promote philanthropy, fitness and fun. This is an un-timed 5k fun run the whole family can be a part of. We will have activities throughout the day of each run. A portion of all proceeds will go to benefit a charities in your local area.
