Heart to Heart helps those who have been marginalized by society, are in need, and at a pivotal moment in their lives. We help them not only to heal, but to thrive and lead, becoming the leaders they are called to be. We do this by forming communities where future leaders of peace learn four skills essential for fostering healing. The skills are mindfulness, empathy, decision making, and conflict transformation.
