We live in unprecedented times when young people face difficulties in finding jobs while companies suffer of their financial losses. In our opinion, however all crises are chances at the same time to create a sustainable economic and labour market progress. We, the representatives of the biggest youth-oriented organizations, believe that everyone is talented but we need to find our talent. Pact for Youth Association is a Hungary-based NGO to help the integration and inclusion of youth on the labour market. At the same time we offer our partner companies the possibility to be part of our stakeholder panel and roundtable discussions and to create policy recommendations. As we are in partnership with several ministries and are channelled in the European flow of information, we can provide news and possibilities from first-hand. At the same time our Team is organizing and managing platforms to collect policy recommendations enhance social dialogue and discuss them with high-level policy makers on the national and international levels.
