ERCA is a non-profit association of legal persons who are active in development of persons working in the field of conformity assessment, audit activities, inspection, as well as in other professional fields of production, marketing, management and human resources. ERCA provides personal certification in many fields, across a range of industrial sectors covering a variety of employment positions. ERCA certification is based on certification schemes, which contain a precise description of the minimum skills and knowledge requirements that a certified person must have. Certification schemes are based upon updated key standards, such as ISO 19001, ISO 17021, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22000, ISO 50000, HACCP Regulation and others. ERCA was founded in 2011 as an independent association of several entities operating in the field of personal certification and qualification of training courses. The impulse was to standardize the requirements for each professional figure, which varied by country. Currently ERCA has several dozen members and is active not only within the European Union as well as in many countries around the world. ERCA is developing the system of multinational membership. ERCA Member ensures training, while ERCA itself shall ensure independent and fair examination and issuance of a certificate. One of our views is to make the ERCA certification available to all relevant organizations and individuals worldwide. We want to go far to be near you. For this purpose we are approving organizations that have demonstrated the required technical and training expertise and have the capability to assess and examine the performance of potential certificants such as local training organizations.
