The Brasilia and Region Convention & Visitors Bureau (BRC & VB) is a private, non-profitable foundation that aims to promote Brasilia as a tourist destination, by supporting events, using marketing strategies. The work is developed through private initiatives linked to the city's tourism production chain, together with the institutions of each segment, such as the Brazilian Hotel Industry Association; Brazilian Association of Restaurants and Entertainment Companies and the Federation of Commerce of Brasilia. BRC & VB consists of providing information about Brasilia such as the presentation of the event infrastructure, convention centers, support with promotional material, preparation of a dossier composed with all the evaluation data for the event, letters of support from government and private entities and also, and inspection visits schedule, as well as networking with specialized companies..
