Chairman Paul Kallee-Grove. President Gary Millar. We are an award-wining organisation set up in 2015 to expand Liverpool and the city region’s business, academic and civic partnerships with China. The organisation facilitates purpose driven relationships with China, and delivers expert guidance and support across civic engagement, trade and investment, health and education, culture and tourism, media and sport. The services it provides complement the activities of the UK Department for International Trade and other partner organisations. LCP currently has 20+ member organisations from the public, private, higher education sectors. As well as covering the city region, the partnership has members from the Isle of Man, Cheshire and West Yorkshire.
