Ayurveda, "the science of life", has been practiced for more than 5000 years and works towards balancing mind, body and soul with the objective to preserve, promote and restore health. Ayurvedic Massages are focused around balancing the individual whilst helping to move emotional and physical toxins. A regular routine in India in order to maintain good health, Ayurveda puts a lot of importance into getting massages for many reasons from maintaining good health to helping to detoxify the body during a Panchakarma. By working with Ancient Wisdom and treating only from the heart, I am able give very healing and nurturing treatments, ensuring all clients leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and more in balance.
