TPS is a problem solving system and It is well known for focusing on the skills, ideas and opportunities of their people, while analyzing processes and utilizing an effective management system. Lean is often known as “lean manufacturing” because it has been widely applied to manufacturing operations; however, lean principles are also being applied to a wide range of non-manufacturing areas like healthcare and financial institutions. Kaizen, continuous improvement, just-in-time, and many other terms come from the TPS system, but our goal is to help our clients solve problems that effect their business success. Developing a Lean/TPS culture will enable our clients to be a leader, and improve critical metrics in the process.
