RBI Austin, an affiliate of Major League Baseball’s Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities program, is a Christian-based nonprofit organization in Austin, TX providing baseball and softball leagues, clinics, and year-round mentoring to underserved youth and communities. Founded in 2011, RBI Austin is a mentoring program that leverages baseball and softball to address the fatherless crisis in East Austin. Starting with 118 kids in 2011, RBI Austin now serves over 1,400 kids ages four to eighteen. Over the years, the mission has remained the same: to engage and develop inner-city Austin youth athletically, academically, and spiritually, empowering them to lead the transformation of their communities.
