Our global energy mentoring circles help women connect with peers and organizations that focus on counteracting gender bias. As a result, Lean In partners report more women are taking the lead. Lean In Energy Circles are small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and grow together– in person or virtually. In the entire Lean In Circle community, currently there are over 353,000 circles in more than 1650 countries, and 85% credit their Circle with a positive change in their life.
