Who we are FRAME Architects were founded in 2009 by Rob Mullan and Fi Burge. What we do We are a general architectural practice, although we also have specialist knowledge and experience in residential developments, education and leisure projects. Our approach We are a design led studio whose aim is to provide considered and inspiring buildings, through careful dialogue with our clients and end users, we endeavor to ensure that our buildings are fit for purpose, budget and site.
