This platform and website aims to encourage young people from disadvantaged and lower socio-economic backgrounds in areas such as Newham, to unlock their potential and strive for success. Making them more aware of the opportunities they can access such as work experience placements, future scholarships they can consider, summer schools and student shadowing schemes, outreach programmes and so much more. Creating a positive impact for young people by creating extra awareness of opportunities and information that can be useful to them. Elevate also further aims to motivate and inspire BAME students to pursue higher education at world class universities, while hopefully enabling students to feel more confident in applying to top higher education institutions.
