Voluntary Surrender of License to Operate as a Financial Institution Octet Europe Ltd (“Company”) would like to advise the public that it has voluntarily initiated the process of surrendering its license to operate as a Financial Institution. The Company advised the MFSA of its intention to surrender its license on 17th June 2021. On this same date, the Company ceased carrying out any licensable activities of a financial institution. Members of the public may request further information from the Company if so required. The Company shall continue to be governed by the Financial Institutions Act and regulated and supervised by the MFSA and shall continue to discharge its obligations under the Financial Institutions Act, until such time as all its obligations are fully discharged.
