The core activities of our business are the Thermal Insulation of plant items and equipment, vessels and process pipework systems across all temperature ranges. We are also fully conversant with the insulation of HVAC ducting systems. Our team of Thermal Insulation Engineers are familiar with all required specifications including the application of Aluminium, Galvanised, Stainless Steel, Plastic Coated Steel, Cement, Polyisobutylene, Mastic and all factory applied finishes. We also have our own fully equipped sheet metal fabrication shop, with a dedicated fabrication team. Whilst we are a relatively young contractor, we have built a good reputation based upon repeat business from our strong client base, and are confident that if you should require references, these can be obtained with regards to our quality of work, service and client/contractor relations. In terms of the ability to undertake work of a particular value, we are at ease with contract values circa £100,000, but would be well placed to complete work of a higher value subject to programme/man hour content. Scottfab are available for new build, remediation or shutdown works and provide a full service including thermal insulation, fabrication and cladding to ducting, vessels and pipework.
