Our business model has three components: 1. Real Estate Investing We acquire high quality apartment buildings in communities with top-ranked public schools. 2. Housing Mobility We reserve a portion of the units for low-income families with young children. 3. Supportive Services We donate our management fees to provide cradle-to-college supportive services for children and families.
