The Elia Nuqul Foundation was established in 2008 by the Nuqul family as a philanthropic entity focusing on social development initiatives benefitting individuals and local communities within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan through its three areas of interventions - the Elia Nuqul Scholarship Fund, the Community Service & Social Entrepreneurship Programs and Enhancement Program. These Programs aim to encourage the development of Jordanian youth through access to higher education at universities, community colleges and vocational training facilities; providing life and professional skills training to produce well-rounded individuals, enhancing better employment opportunities, encouraging youth to think socially; and advocating in promoting the growth of a sound social entrepreneurship sector in Jordan. في عام 2008، أُنشأت مؤسسة إيليا نقل كذراع للأعمال الإنسانية لعائلة نقل مركّزة أهدافها على تطوير المبادرات الاجتماعية التي تعود بالنفع على الأفراد والمجتمعات المحلية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وذلك من خلال ثلاثة محاور رئيسية، هي المنح الدراسية من خلال صندوق إيليا نقل للمنح الدراسية وبرامج الخدمة المجتمعية والريادة الإجتماعية، وبرامج التطوير. تهدف هذه البرامج إلى تنمية الشباب الأردني من خلال توفير فرص التعليم العالي في الجامعات وكليات المجتمع ومراكز التدريب المهني، إضافة لتقديم برامج التدريب على المهارات الحياتية والعملية بهدف خلق أفراد أكفاء، وتعزيز الفرص الوظيفية وتشجيع الشباب على أسلوب التفكير الاجتماعي، بجانب العمل على تشجيع قيام قطاع ريادة اجتماعية قوي في الأردن.
