‘The Consulting Club’ is a student run body and is a part of the business cluster at IIM Visakhapatnam. Besides regular academic curriculum, clubs play an essential role in shaping the career of a management student. The Consulting Club forwards this cause by promoting and nurturing the varying functional interests of students beyond the classrooms. A few of the activities that fall under the purview of the club include: • Business Conclave • Live Business Case Competitions • Business Simulation Games • Quizzes • Creation of Knowledge Repository • Workshops • Guest Lectures These events spawn across various disciplines, including strategy, finance, marketing, operations, supply chain etc. However, the central theme of the club shall be focused on strategy and management consulting.
